Strictly by the pics I would say a 30. I hope it is not a cleaned and re-toned coin. It does have some nice eye-appeal.

No need to apologize. Is there anything in particular that makes you say F-12? I was also thinking in the 20-30 range.

 

The dealer called it VF-30. I feel I got a good deal on it, so I'm happy. I don't see any hairlines under magnification that would make me think it has been cleaned.
