I wouls like to remove just the Proof Kennedys from the 1968,1969 and 1970 Proof Sets from the U.S.Mint. They all look pretty well sealed .

 

Is there any way to just get one coin out without damaging the holder etc.

If you are gentle enough, on the earlier sets I think you should be able to run a thin blade along the edge of the case, and pop the front half off. If I remember correctly, it SHOULD just snap back together after you get the coin out.
