Which is the better image?

I'm working on overhauling my registry pictures and I wanted to ask everyone what they thought looked better, the "raw" image, or the edited version with the white corrected?

yep, direct lighting and get rid of the milk carton.

also, if i have difficulty with a coin, i often just set the camera's timer and hold the holder in my hand, move it about until i find the best position under the light. do that 10-20 times and one of those shots might be just perfect for your needs.
