I never heard of one. These have a lustery business strike to them anyway, might this be what someone is talking about?

I'm not so sure an '86 or any other silver eagle for that matter in Mint State condition (non-proof) scored a PL (proof like) designation, at least not from the top three respected grading companies, I maybe wrong, I've been know to error on occasion...but I did find a EP designation!

Well that's the first I've heard of them. I know the first issues were a nice business strike finish but I never seen any with a mirrored field enough to designate them PL.
