That serial number looks like a modern mint type of thing. If it weighs exactly an ounce, then it's a 1 ounce round. If an oddball weight, then, chances are, it's sterling.

The reverse says [font:Comic Sans MS]CCS '67[/font]. Is that a central coin show?

 

You can easily read this, CCS '67, but what's on the other side, to the right of the Conestoga Wagon below the hills...I can't quite make that out, it may help to identify this token/round.
