i found these while i was puting wheat pennies in tubes. i needed them for my book so i grabbed them.what do yall think?

the '09 vdb looks off to me somehow but i cant put finger on it. is it that it is too clean? the marks above ear? it just doesnt seem right to me.

I would say that it is the bizarre green color and the very shiny devices.
