Wasn't this when they added that the notes were payable in Spanish Milled Dollars or other silver and gold?

The states could not issue bills of credit, or anything that is not gold or silver.

QUESTION:

 

The Dec 12, 1775 Resolution for Continental Currency required what?

 

 

ANSWER:

 

The numbering to be different so that all bills were numbered in bright red ink.
