The Monogram is of Nicholas II

This looks to me like the 1903 Large 3 variety which is slightly rarer than the small 3 type.

+ but penni varieties (& also all markka coins) are not a big deal in Finland, because of euro (some old "bambustick" man may have some markka coins, but young people collect euros )
