eBay allows sellers to set up buyer requirements. You can choose options like Buyers in countries to which I don't ship and Buyers with a negative feedback score.

 

Maybe this was widely known, but i just found it out today that you can actually see how this works with your listings:

Anyone know if there is a way to see what blocked bidders (actual blocked bidders, not blocked by Bidder Requirements) have tried to bid? I love getting email from blocked bidders asking why they are blocked or asking me to unblock them. lol
