The buyer is probably thinking that if NTC sucks by 3 points they paid about retail and if they suck by 2 points they got a hell of a deal. That is if the coin is a true FS. If it is not, they can return it.

The seller takes returns. From what I recall hearing, he takes them with no problems.

The seller knows how to grade but he's smart pulling the strings of puppies. Nontheless, the buyers seemed to know the 39-S, whether it's a type one or two, is a tough coin to come by. Or it's an obvious situation where none of the bidders had one and each desperately needed to fill that hole.
