Interesting NEWP 1810 Bustie out-of-round

Picked this up from Ed Richter today. Not an original coin, but interesting none-the-less. The Edge reads CENTS OR HALF A DOLTLY. On the Planchet at star 5 and near the tip of the eagle's left wing is a pinch, and directly across the coin by star 13 is another pinch where the DOLTLY is, giving the coin a slight oval shape. This is one of those fed-wrong-through-the-edge-lettering-machine screw-ups.

Feel free to guess the Overton. It is not graded, but I would call this an XF-40.
