O-113. Cant tell to much about the coin from the pics. Looks to be an XF 40-45 that may have had a dip and then re-toned in an album. Not a bad looking coin.

Thanks guys, I like the reverse toning, it's probably been cleaned at some point, but still has some nice luster near the devices. I agree on the attribution.
