Opinion on 1862 Cent Please.

I found this coin with a bunch of circulated wheaties when I cleaned out one of my Safe Deposit Boxes. It is probably worthless but thought I would ask opinions.

You are correct in that it isn't worth a whole heck of a lot as an individual piece, but it still looks nice and is a cool coin.

It's a low grade coin, and along with the 1863 cent, the most common date among the Civil War issues. I bought a collection that included coins like this as well much nicer examples. It took me a long time to sell coins like this at the small shows in Floridal.

Thanks for the opinions. I was just curious. I can't remember where I got it. I think I got it back in change in a Bar in the 70s in Hawaii and just forgot about it.
