Looks good ...its going back to NGC for a designation review. I have had good luck with the 6 digit serial numbers either upgrading or designating better than initial grade.

We will see - Needs a New Holder anyway

Obv looks good Mike but it may be a little weak Cam on the Rev. Just going by the pics, may be better in-hand. Good luck!

The obverse probably has enough cameo, but the reverse does not. Therefore the answer is no.

Well it needs a new slab any way and where it is an older number maybe I can sneak a star on the holder.
