I feel badly for the seller, and can only wonder how he feels...but...

 

There are two sides to every story. While the side we have heard thusfar is rather damning, given what I read it is to early to jump to conclusions -- although those conclusions may prove to be true, without hearing the other side it is too early to judge and we should be careful from falling into that trap, IMO.

 

While unlikely, I could think of several possibilities that could make the buyer blameless and I would feel foolish in condemning an innocent man.

 

Let's just wait and see how it plays out before passing judgement...Mike
