type 1&2 proof franklin halfs

can someone please tell me the differance between the type 1 and 2 1956 poof franklin halfs.

it has to do with the feathers on the eagle on the reverse

 

 

the type 1 are mushy in the middle of the spread (as well as the 50-55's)

 

the type 2 are well defined in the middle of the eagle wing spread (as well as 57-63)
