Kennedy cherrypicks from the local shop

One of the shops herein Austin has a plastic bin of 1964 Kennedy halves...I've pulled some nice toners from there on a couple of occasions, but never any varieties. That was until I went the other day. I found a nice, toned, MS coin, and when I got it under my glass, I could see it was a triple die obverse:

 

 

 

A few minutes later I found this one- with the same variety!

 

 

I ended up getting them for $6 each...I like the first one a lot- nice, crusty toning and a cool variety as well!
