I know alot of people will probably be going out of town, me one, and spending time with family and may not be hanging around the ole' PC, so I thought I'd wish everyone a Safe and Very Merry Christmas!!

Please accept, with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes

for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress,

non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice

holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the

religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your

choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or

traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or

secular traditions at all. I also wish you a fiscally successful,

personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the

onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2008, but not without

due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose

contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply

that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the

only America in the Western Hemisphere. Also, I, as the "wisher"

convey this wish without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical

ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the "wishee."

 

 

And for those who couldn't care less about political correctness,

Best wishes for a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays for each and everyone in these forums, NGC members and employees. Every year brings different challenges for each of us, and it is with all sincerity that I express my thankfulness for the opportunity to be part of this "society". Without hesitation I can state that my experiences here have helped me grow numismatically, professionally and personally.

My wife and I are in Austin Texas to be with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson for Christmas. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas with family and friends.
