Anyone else hung up with this outfit? My order (through Paypal) of a month+ ago

has not arrived, I've received no response to my email and they don't answer the phone.

My understanding is that I might appeal to Paypal if this continues. Thanks.

I know nothing about them but based on what you have stated, if you are protected through Paypal I'd get on it.

I have heard of them but I've never purchased anything from them. I agree with Mark, if it's been a month +, I'd turn it into paypal.

I ordered from them and got the whiteman slab holder. Well got over 10 with broken covers. I would never buy from again. It also took over 45 days to get my stuff.

A closing note on the Paypal process in this case (short version).

 

Filed a dispute within the 45 day Paypal timeframe.

Paypal tried to open communications with the seller to resolve dispute. No luck.

I filed claim. Paypal ruled in my favor and credited my account with the purchase price.

 

A couple of hoops to go through but it ended well.
