You can crack open and reseal a proof set with little effort. My guess is the sac is in a nice dansco album in this guys collection.

Thanks for another one. Maybe we should try to sell empty flips that used to contain XF Chain Cents for say about $400.

I think that company lists stuff on eBay via consignment. I bought a couple of uncirculated rolls from them a few years ago. They were NOT uncirculated, and one roll was the wrong mint mark they had advertised. I sent them back, they refunded. The customer service rep knew nothing about coins.
