Where can I look up mintages for the Kellogg $50 gold restrikes?

If you mean the SS Central America die-transfer strikes, the coinfacts page says 5,000.

I thonk coinfacts means 5,000 total. As I vaguely recall, each coin has a date on it and most dates have the same mintage. But some "special" dates have a larger mintage than other "common" dates. However I hasten to add that this is all recollection on my part and I might be way off.

Is demand higher or lower for specific dates?

With the recient increases in the price of gold, what are these now worth? These have close to 2-1/2 ounces of gold but I'm sure they're worth more than just melt.

Yes, it is. I know that Heritage quotes mintages from time to time, and was wondering where that data comes from.

Edited to add: For example, coins struck on 9/11 are highly sought after.
