A midweek guess the grade and Overton

I got this one in the mail yesterday, it's had some light cleaning in the past, but overall in hand I am very pleased with it. Let me know what you think:

Don't know much about overtons there Jeff, but looks EF35-40 grade-wise. I have one the same year but mine has a nice scratch going across the Obv.. Nice CBH!

Overton 102 (Star 7 to upper portion of headband is diagnostic--on all others for year it either points to junction w/curl or to the cap itself.)

 

I would call it a mid-range VF.

I agree with your designation of O-102 and I would probably grade it in the VF range, with the reverse being a strong VF and the obverse more in the F/VF range.
