No actually it's a mule.

 

It's the rare 1853 No Arrows with Rays half dollar.

 

Speaking of mules, can you believe that the Canadian mint has issued one "by mistake?" It's on the front page of a recent Coin World. Does any one really think that this coin is a "mistake?" They only issued them in Special Edition Uncirculated Sets. It sounds like another government sponsored lottery to me aimed at drumming up collector interest.
