Hey EZE, I’ve been to the Maroon Belles, sweet…

 

Yeah da old cat turned 50 today…

 

So I took the day off from work and bought myself a little coin for the type set, a 1853 half dime in a PCGS AU50 holder.

 

I’ve seen it for awhile at J.J.Teaparty’s web site and decided this morning to go for it. I’ve found from other coins I’ve purchased that their photos suck, so I’m confident this coin will look better than the photo. But I’ll have to wait a week before they’ll send it to me; the coin is in transit to Long Beach at the moment and won’t return till then.

For the rest of the day I’m not doing much except chowing down some King Crab legs and a little rib eye, got to go get the grille going…
