Is the recent tightening of the TPGs a result of the CAC?

Recently while visiting Billings, I went to a club there called Planet Lockwood which has a bar, casino, and strip club (the only SC in town). I won $125 playing video poker, spent $50 at the SC (my other hobby), and then $75 at the coin shop which is nearby in the downtown area. Not a bad afternoon.

...

Yes, I am a wannabe who does widgets and laugh at some of you guys on my way thru the Jack in the Box drivethru

...

I know of something a lot more fun to spend that kinda money on....

You know what, Parker? Suddenly your posts are making a whole lot more sense...Mike

It's Derek2100 from ATS.

Is that good or bad?

Search Derek2100 by thread title and by author and you decide. Suffice to say, Derek2100 was no more popular ATS that Parker is here. Talked down to collectors and boasted about his escapades with strippers, etc. Very classy.

I’m hoping that Syracuse football can return to respectability this year. They are playing Washington Friday night at 8 P.M. eastern. It would be nice to start the season with a win…

I love the orange! We used to have the Saltine warrior who I liked even more. He was like the FSU Seminoles Native American but folks complained and now we just have the orange. I liked the saltine warrior because he had significantly more ferocious appearance than the orange. Oh well, at least oranges can’t complain so the orange mascot should be around for a while.

And be careful of Parker. He is a professional with a graduate degree. lol

BWUAHAHAHA – I must have missed that post. That is scary.

Big game for the orange on Friday! Hope we can pull it out.

BTW – My father & stepmother work at S.U. My brother, sister and myself all went there (free tuition is hard to beat). So my orange ties are deep!

Sweet. If you are ever up this way we should get together for a game. I think they go 4-8 this year.

That would be fun. I’m hoping for better than 4-8 but they may be unrealistic.

Here are a couple of pictures of my sis. She is on the women’s soccer team. She doesn’t start or anything but in my mind that’s still really good to be on a division 1 team.

Super!! We have really derailed this thread. Sorry Mike.

Wow, this one sure did take right turn.... No worries.

Did you know that limpkins prefer apple snails?

Some other cool limpkin facts:

The Limpkin is the only member of its taxonomic family. Although it resembles herons and ibises in general form, the Limpkin is generally considered to be more closely related to rails and cranes.

The Limpkin's bill is uniquely adapted to foraging on apple snails. The closed bill has a gap just before the tip that makes the bill act like tweezers. The tip itself is often curved slightly to the right so it can be slipped into the right-handed chamber of the snail.

They have a very distinctive (and loud!) cry they use most often at dusk and on cloudy days. It is reminiscent of a whooping crane, a larger and more well-known species.

In the 1800s, European settlers noted that the Limpkin was so tame that it could sometimes be caught on its nest. The ones left these days are much more reclusive, but once they get used to you it is possible to get within 30 feet.

Once abundant in Florida, the Limpkin was almost eradicated by humans hunting for food. Conversion of wetlands for agriculture, flood control, and development have further contributed to the species' decline in Florida, estimated at about 9.1 percent per year from 1966 to 1993.

Judging by the local population in the suburban area I live, they seem to me more common than in years past.
