What to do with a Adams dollar with missing dates and weak lettering.

I have an Adams dollar with missing Dates and weak lettering. I think its called a planchet error. I have been searching form some information. I couldn't find anything in NGC, but on the PCGS site the only thing i could find was that they didn't encapsulate them. Help would be appreciated. Observer

This may be new and there may be others. I would presume that the less are found the better for you if and when it is finally recognized.
