    Hello, just looking over some of my proof coin sets and I stumbled across this 1999 S Mint Proof Set and I noticed that the Georgia Quarter in the Sealed Case is backwards from the other coins. I've uploaded a picture of it, could it be considered a Mint Error? Thanks Bill
