In any case, yours is a good looking Newp.

MTB, it needs to be either a US coin dated 1853 or a half dime. Maybe you meant to post the above to the "Most Recent Acquisition" thread.

So how do all of you collect these most fantastic copper coins? By the Set, Date, Type, or What is the Reason for your collecting these awesome coins.
Indian Head Cents (IHC) I started because I inherited an ~ 60% complete Whitman IHC album from my paternal grandparents. At first I tried to keep the coins I added to the set in the same comparable range as the rest of the coins in the set, predominantly VF20 - XF40, and then I realized that I could collect the coins as I so wished, so I started to collect MS63 - MS64 coins for the last ~ 20 years of the set.
I got started on Lincolns as kind of an offshoot of collecting the IHC.

Hi , I bought a 1983 p pcgs ms65+ spitting eagle quarter can anyone tell me if they're at all rare or have any value ?
I tried to upload a pic
It's always fun to see Washingtons.
Did you try to just drag the picture and drop it on the "Drag files here" portion of a post, or did you try something else?
If nothing else I assume you could still post it here via an IMG from Photobucket etc.
