  1. Happy to have seen your post, I was curious about this one. I'm actually the owner of the unattributed 5 pt star NGC MS62 you mentioned (and the attributed PCGS AU55 - added to the pop after your post). The Napoleonic Italian mints sure are all over the place. The 20 Naples 1813 has a ton of varieties with mintage of 42k -- none recognized by either NGC or PCGS. I'd love to pick up those reference books you referred to -- I'm not familiar with several. I started a forum for Latin Monetary Union coinage over at Reddit (including pre-LMU coinage on which it was based). I found a lack of literature on the topic, so I'm working on building up a knowledge base.
