It's not any scratches on the coins looks like the lines were printed on the coin

Tbh with you im a cashier in Georgia i work in a neighborhood with a lot of gamblers older community so a alot of them have stuff pass down from grandmother, mother father and we have slots machine at my store..A lot of customers see me when they come in looking at coins and everything and know I'm interested, So tonight this man sold me those for $30 so he can play the slots had to take it cause thats a once in lifetime deal

Would this be Double die or double strike on obverse , you can tell by the nose and his mouth plus his coat and between the word" liberty" would that be considered a die crack?
Reverse has doubling also
Plus look on the middle right side of the memorial stairs I believe that's president lincoln

On obeverse beside the "4" I believe is a "8"
On the reverse side under the right wing is abrasion of something
Could've it been struck on another coin
