    Anyone know what the value might be on this DDO? NGC nor PCGS list the coin which I'm amazed in part do to the great doubling on the coin

    This is my favorite quarter I currently own, IMO it's a beautiful coin and I believe it would grade on the higher end of the scale. I have three more that's almost in the exact same condition, I realize photo grading is very subjective thats not what I'm asking for, I guess i just wanted to share a beautiful coin.

    Even though its machine doubling its a cool looking coin, the reason for the post is to maybe help someone else out that may run across something like this. When I first found it I searched high and low for any DDR on a 72-D cent looked for any PUP (Pick Up Points) than took a closer look and realized the flat shelf like appearance of the doubling. Just wanted to share in case any other newbs like myself found one and thought they found a new DDR.

    Yes gentlemen I realize the photos leave something to be desired, but as mentioned in the post the photos are s##t my scope doesn't care for proof coins and after an hour dicking around with it it beat me and I summitted, knowing that would be the first thing said about the post is why I mentioned it in the beginning of the post. Thanks for the time to look at them and if your eyes are bleeding blame it on Russia

    I picked this up the other from a roadside antique mall for 45 bux, I didn't have my loop but figured it was worth the money, to my surprise when I scoped it I found the doubling on the coin.

    Asking opinions about this coin, IMO it looks to me to be a deep cameo. The pictures may not be the best and I know the lighting isn't worth a damn but that's the lowest my scope will go thanks.

    Found this one the morning while getting coins ready to be sent in to be graded. I looked through Cherry Pickers and Wexlers seen a couple but none looked like this one. Anyway thanks for the input and advice.

    Hello I recently purchased a roll of BU 1943 cents and found this interesting 1939 cent, it weights 3.00 grams. I'm sure its probably some kind of counterfeit, was curious if anyone else has ran across anything like it? I will send it in to be verified, but I thought I'd ask around. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the responses to the pictures I uploaded, I felt the date on the coin looked way off to any of others I had looked at on different sites ( NGC,PCGS, Etc.) What does a new guy know, Thanks again have a great day
