  1. Wanted to make sure this request did not fall through the cracks, as I did not see an acknowledgement, so I apologize for being duplicative. In addition to the existing Barbados 1973-1997 proof 5C, $1, and $2 sets, I respectfully request that you add the following three sets to the NGC Registry: Barbados, Cent, 1973-1997, Proof (2867398-001) Barbados, 10 Cents, 1973-1997, Proof (2867398-003) Barbados, 25 Cents, 1973-1997, Proof (2867398-004) Thanks for the consideration. 3. I second the request for a multi-denominational set: British Virgin Islands, Marine Life Coinage, 1985, Complete Proof This approach would cover both the silver and base metal proof sets issued in 1985.
  4. Ugh. I hope the team will reconsider this. I have an inventory of these that have been in my pipeline to send that now need to be reconsidered whether or not it is worth the trouble when only the denomination sets are in play.
  5. Hello, Ali! I would like to request the creation of the following denomination set, with my applicable cert number found below: Bahamas, Copper-Nickel $1, 1981-1985, Proof 2857083-012 Currently a denomination set exists for the 1981-1985 Proof $2 coins, but there is not one for either the $1 or 50 Cent coins that were also produced in copper-nickel during this same time period. Thanks for the consideration!
  6. Hello, Ali! I would like to request the creation of the following denomination set, with my applicable cert number found below: Belize, Copper-Nickel $1, 1974-1984, Proof 2857083-013 Thanks for the consideration!
  7. I would echo this request and also suggest amending it as follows: Bahamas, Flamingo $2 Type Set, 1966-1996, Complete This Flamingo type set is a popular one in the collector community, which could translate well to the registry, and was discussed in CoinWorld a number of years ago: https://www.coinworld.com/news/precious-metals/flock-of-flamingos-possible-for-type-set.html Perhaps most importantly, adding this type set to the registry would provide a home for the present population of nineteen NGC graded gold coins (Bahamas 1995 G$2) which currently have no place in the registry due to the fact that they are the only G$2 denomination coins issued by the Bahamas, and hence do not qualify for a denomination set. I own the following Flamingo $2 cert numbers and am currently waiting on the delivery of a 1995 G$2 coin: 2855221-008, 2855223-011, 2855222-008 A couple of the KM slots could be open to debate, but I see the following as possible for this type set: KM #9 SILVER MS, KM #9 SILVER PF, KM #23 SILVER MS, KM #23 SILVER PF, KM #66 COPPER-NICKEL MS, KM #66a SILVER PF, KM #66b COPPER-NICKEL PF, KM #66c SILVER ??, KM #105 COPPER-NICKEL PF, KM #187 GOLD PF, KM #203 SILVER PF Thanks for the consideration!
  8. Hello, Ali! I would like to request the creation of the following two Lunar Series sets, with my applicable cert numbers found below: Belarus, Silver 20 Roubles, Lunar Series, 2012-2023, Proof 2855220-002 Kazakhstan, Silver 500 Tenge, Lunar Series, 2011-2022, Proof 2855220-001 Thanks!
  9. They don't belong with the historical series and they are not true commemoratives, but they will still be popular with modern collectors. Put them in their own short set.
  10. Hello Ali! Please consider my request to add a new set for the Cayman Islands: Silver $1, Marlin Series, 2017-Date, Mint State. The set should currently have four slots. The slots and my corresponding cert numbers are found below: Silver $1, Marlin Series, 2017-Date, Mint State 2017 Marlin 2850706-013 2018 Marlin 2850706-014 2019 Marlin 2850706-015 2020 Marlin 2850704-015 Best regards, Stephen
  11. The NGC set registry currently has one denomination set for the British Caribbean Territories: 25 Cents, 1955-1965, Proof https://www.ngccoin.com/registry/competitive/british-caribbean-territories/eastern-caribbean-territories/4483/ I respectfully request that you please add the following additional six missing denomination sets, which would complete the run of BCT proof issues. My applicable cert numbers are listed beneath the requested sets. Half Cent, 1955-1958, Proof 2848900-002 Cent, 1955-1965, Proof 2848900-003 2852422-001 2 Cents, 1955-1965, Proof 2848900-005 2852422-002 5 Cents, 1955-1965, Proof 2848900-006 2852422-003 10 Cents, 1955-1965, Proof 2848900-007 2852422-004 50 Cents, 1955-1965, Proof 2848900-010 2852422-006
  12. Given that the "1974 Proof Set" registry set category looks to be a one-off and I have had other Caribbean single year proof sets rejected for registry consideration, the following alternative might make sense for the BVI in particular: British Virgin Islands, Silver Type Set, 1973-1985, Complete (encompassing coinage from all three silver proof sets, all silver coinage from specimen sets and proof sets, as well as S$10, S$20 and S$25 Franklin Mint issues) One could easily be constructed for the non-silver issues, as well, if desired. There is precedent in the registry for Caribbean type sets: https://www.ngccoin.com/registry/competitive/british-caribbean-territories/eastern-caribbean-territories/5047/
  13. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! I sent a message directly to the other member, who hopefully won't take offense. His set in question has 10,000 points, over 2,000 of which come from the mislabeled coin. It will still have a 6,000 point advantage over the second best one in the category, so I can't see a reason why someone would not want to have the correct label fixed by NGC due to mechanical error. I have bought coins before knowing there was an error label and have sent them down to Tampa for correction without issue.
  14. What is the proper etiquette when noticing an error in a fellow collector's set that is ranked in the registry? For example, if there is a G$10 coin that is mislabeled as G$100 and then used in a G$100 slot in the registry. In this instance, should we bring the error to someone's attention, or should we ignore it? If we should let someone know, who should that be?
  15. I would like to request a new set for Trinidad & Tobago in the "British Colonial 1802-1976" section. Please add: 1975 Proof Set The set should have eight slots. The slots and my corresponding cert numbers are found below: 2848623-008 1975FM TRINIDAD 1C 2848623-009 1975FM TRINIDAD 5C 2848623-010 1975FM TRINIDAD 10C 2848623-011 1975FM TRINIDAD 25C 2848623-012 1975FM TRINIDAD 50C 2848623-013 1975FM TRINIDAD $1 2848623-014 1975FM TRINIDAD S$5 2848623-015 1975FM TRINIDAD S$10 Best regards, SWH
  16. I would like to request a new set for Trinidad & Tobago in the "Republic 1976-Date" section. Please add: 1980 Proof Set The set should have eight slots. The slots and my corresponding cert numbers are found below: 2848988-001 1980FM TRINIDAD 1C 2848988-002 1980FM TRINIDAD 5C 2848988-003 1980FM TRINIDAD 10C 2848988-004 1980FM TRINIDAD 25C 2848988-005 1980FM TRINIDAD 50C 2848988-006 1980FM TRINIDAD $1 2848988-007 1980FM TRINIDAD S$5 2848988-008 1980FM TRINIDAD S$10 Best regards, SWH
  17. There is an error in the set "East Caribbean States, Silver Type Set, 1981-Date, Complete Proof". This impacts my coin cert #: 2650343-015 You can see the error in the attached pics. This coin is currently showing up under the wrong coin in the set. It should be under the "Fireworks" one, not "Elizabeth II".
  18. There is an error in the "Belarus, Silver 10 Roubles, 1998-Date, Proof" set. It includes a coin in current Slot 6 "2007 Great White Egret" which does not exist, as can be seen by the image below, which carries point values for am Imperial Russian 50 kopek instead. The correct coin is already listed in current Slot 10 "2008 Great White Egret". Hopefully, you can fix the error when next updating this set.
  19. Thanks for the welcome and compliment! The gilt profile was the thing that caught my eye, as well. Too bad they didn't have your idea!
  20. I recently purchased cert number 2650343-015 which has an error on the label. The coin lists "ELIZABETH II" as the variety, which is incorrect. The correct variety is "BUCKINGHAM PALACE - FIREWORKS". What do I need to do to get this corrected so that it slots correctly in the appropriate NGC Registry Set?
  21. Thanks for the heads up. Still learning my way around the forums.
