    When you submit a coin for grading, say a 1909 S 1C, does NGC ever inaccurately enter it when receiving? I sent a 1922 $1 for grading and they have it listed as a 1922 medium relief $1. A very big difference. Anyone ever heard of this sort of thing? Thanks
