Does NGC guarantee the coins submitted for re-grading to not receive a lower grade ?
I remember reading the clause about the guarantee on NGC website under the description of ReGrade service but it seems like that was removed. Can anyone clarify?

It seems there is no place to add Qatar & Dubai coins, it would be nice to have dedicated set for the circulation coins of Qatar and Dubai.

Thanks for the reply. Actually the clause I’m referring to explicitly states that a grade can’t be lowered when a coin is submitted for regrade.
On NGC UK website, it’s still there
