    Dear Kailee, Thanks for the reply. Actually the clause I’m referring to explicitly states that a grade can’t be lowered when a coin is submitted for regrade. On NGC UK website, it’s still there https://www.ngccoin.uk/submit/services-fees/ngc/

    Does NGC guarantee the coins submitted for re-grading to not receive a lower grade ? I remember reading the clause about the guarantee on NGC website under the description of ReGrade service but it seems like that was removed. Can anyone clarify?
