I don't want it to seem like I'm ranting as a dissatisfied customer, but I use a loop and a magnifying glass to look at my coins and my Last two submissions I feel like Are graded wrong I sent in three coins to be looked at for errors the submissions were just shipped back one submission today, the coins I removed from the mint packaging,I guess I should have left them in the packaging, but one of the coins was a 1962 penny and on the back half the stairs are missing and there are many indentations, I'm up in my years and I don't believe that I am seeing wrong or losing my mind the other penny is a 1962d with a long indentations line through the stairs now if these are not errors in the Coins what are they the coins are graded in a mint state of 65 an I believe 64 both red can the submission pictures be checked they were both returned to me this December I'm feeling cheated because I was told in one communication that I could return one coin to be returned free of charge for it to be reviewed to see if it's a proof but that I would have to return it to be regraded for the error can the pictures be checked
