I just got a punch 1960 d SD and found a hand full of these. Please take a look at number 6 . It looks weird for me. Should I keep them??

I have a lot of these pennies, they are so shine and reflect compare to the other one but they are not proof or satin finish. Can someone please let me know why they are like that
