Once again Greenstang I've learned some very informative information from you. Where I haven't seen this before, I assume that triple MD isn't very common. Again thank you.

Seems that there appear to be a number of issues with these new quarters. Can anyone tell me if this is a triple die or a MD. I'm finding at least in this roll, doubling on a number of coins but I think are MD. This one however has a lot more detail. Any opinions would be appreciated. Sorry for so many questions. I think by your information I can tell the MD at least. I'm still learning however. Thanks again.

Thanks Greenstang just wanted to clarify the posting

Condor101, I'm not sure how or why R20coins posted his pictures under my post. Mine are the first one which I wasn't sure if PMD or mint. That 1982 is clearly PMD without question

Thank you greenstang It wouldn't let me load all those pic at once. I didn't think of replying to my post and just add the rest. Thanks again

Thank you Greenstang for the info. I think that the close up pictures I took and put in the other post you may be able to see what maybe what I think is doubling on the reverse. The marks by the B on the obverse I think are raised. I don't know if the pictures help you or not. Just wondering if I may have found something out of the ordinary.

Checking through new roll of quarters found what may be interesting. On the reverse in the slogan " War In The Pacific" I'm not sure if this is machine doubling or not. With the newness of the coin the reflection is bright. Also in the Latin slogan it appears to have doubling as well. Also a dye break by the B. Thoughts? Thank you again in advance I'll send the close ups in the next one.

I did think that was the case or at least a little of both. Thank you for your in put.

Thanks so much for that information Just Bob and Greenstang. I'm not that interested in what it's worth but for the novelty of it. I think it was an interesting find and I'll tag it and put it away for my grandchildren to enjoy. After all, isn't it what we are all doing with this hobby.

First of all I would like to thank all of you who have had an opinion on my 1975 Lincoln. My new question I have for you is that I had sent my 1994-P SMS in for grading and even though I didn't pay an additional charge for attribution it came back a SP68 with a Minor Error- Partial Collar Strike. My question to you all is I don't see this on the coin and is this not a very common error for this coin. Is it possible for you to point it out to me. I can't seem to find anything on it out there. Thanks guys

I was wondering if anyone has seen this in a coin before and if so what would have caused it. It looks to me as though the planchet was the cause. See how many columns there seem to be. Sent it out and came back surface smoothed. Doesn't look sooth on the contrary it looks rough. Your thoughts would be great.

Thank you for that information. I learned something more about the hobby. Thank you for that. Keep up the great work.

1983 lincoln

While on the subject of 1983 Lincolns, can you explain to me why some die breaks like the '22 Peace Dollar are valued more than others I've noticed that on the reverse of the '83 Lincoln cent there seems to be a number of them some of which are major especially on the corners of the Memorial. There are one ,two, three or even four. They're not on all coins of course but I have for quite a few. Being a novice it does confuse me. Any explanation on the subject would be appreciated.
