Though I am ignoring the OP and enjoying it greatly, I think there's only one assessment to give to this whole situation and one last thing to say to him from me.  To the OP, for your many accomplishments here on the NGC boards:

I know, old meme.  But so well earned and timeless.

I’m confused on what you are trying to tell me as your a winner?

I’m no expert , I once found two 1969-S double dies (well I assumed they were) turned out it mechanical doubling worth nothing ... later I went to coin show a dealer had a true strong 1969-S double die , you could easily see it was doubled all over the coin not just the date in god we trust , liberty , date as well you didn’t even need loupe to see it , easily seen with a naked eye

Ok thanks. Ngc has it and attributions have Been listed genuine!

Hello to all collectors, I just pulled these two amazing Lincoln cents from a 5000ct Wheat  cent bag. I have just sent out to ngc yesterday afternoon. I was just curious of what you think this will come back on grade and value. Just want to thank you all in advance. Sincerely-Easy-collectible-Inc

Sorry to burst your bubble but neither one look like a 1943 copper cent.

Did you give the magnet test to the top one? It looks like some of the surface has been scraped off exposing the steel core.

The second one is copper but has been altered to look like a 3. See how close to the rim it is.

Ok so the 1943 steel is the top coin it is only there for a reference so you can see exactly was it is supposed to look like . Yes I have tryed a magnet and nothing. Also on the obverse there are multiple number of  3s stamped all over examples of his right cheek ?!?!
