There appears to be no reason for the discrepancy since Gold coins can be added for most other regnal Years (see below): Abdul Aziz, Gold Type Set, AH1277//1-AH1277//15, Circulation Issue

Turkish Gold Coins Monnaie de Luxe 1930s to 1999 for both Ataturk and Inonu gold coins: 2897122-037, 2897122-050, 2897122-049 Unfortunately the existing sets to not allow for the above coins to be included. There is an arbitrary cut off date of coins issued 2000 and later. Thanks! Paul
