  1. Good Morning, Bart. Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We appreciate your support. Please let us know when we may assist next. Have a Happy 4th!
  2. Thanks for your feedback, gentlemen. We appreciate it and are always looking for ways to improve the NGC Registry. Unfortunately, yes, we would run into the problem of people viewing their own sets to increase their view count. If you have other ideas for an award, please let us know; our team could then discuss it at our next meeting.
  3. Hello, Morpheus. Thank you; we will get this new set added shortly. We hope you and yours stay well and enjoy your weekend, as well.
  4. Hello. Thanks for the request. We will research your request and send you an email when a decision has been reached.
  5. Hello, RB Lewis. PCGS coins are eligible in US sets. PCGS coins receive the same scores as NGC coins. If you are referring to this specific NGC Registry set: US Sets Commemoratives Modern Gold Commemoratives, 1984-Date, Mint State & Specimen there is currently a numerical score tie in that set. Comments and images are taken into consideration in the case of a numerical score tie. You do not have comments for one of your coins in that set. If you add comments, then you will be currently tied with the other #1 sets. Thank you for your interest.
  6. Good Morning, BlakeEik. We appreciate your support. Please let us know when we may assist in the future.
  7. Hello, BlakeEik. Our apologies if there is confusion. The team did review your feedback, and we value collectors' thoughtful input. Type Scores vary greatly from date scores, as we mentioned previously. In a Type Set, the goal is to acquire any coin of a certain type. As such, more valuable and rare dates will get a lower type score, and conversely, a less valuable coin will most likely receive a higher Type score than it will with a Date score in a Date Set, such as in Lincoln Cents, 1909-Date, Proofs. Type scores are an average or median score. So, a certain coin will earn a specific score calculated on the precise coin, year, date, pop., etc., in a Date Set. The same coin in a Type Set will usually earn a lower score with a Type Score applied to it in that set. We did just update these Type Scores: 1c Lincoln, Brilliant (1936-1958) Some of the coins were reflecting date score values for the 1936 Brilliant Proof Cent instead of the Type scores for 1936-1958. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please let us know. We are happy to assist. You may also reach us at registry@NGCcoin.com. Thank you.

  22. Hello. Thank you for the details. Our senior team will consider this new set request and send you an email when a decision has been reached. For feedback on a coin labeled as an "error," please reach out to Customer Service. They can forward your comments and questions to the appropriate graders for their consideration. You may reach them best at registry@NGCcoin.com.
  23. Hello, CCFFG. RE: https://www.ngccoin.com/news/article/6603/mint-error-silver-five-ounce-atb/. A coin labeled a "Mint Error" would not be eligible in a competitive NGC Registry set. You may enter them in a Custom NGC Registry set, if you wish. For questions about an error versus a variety, we would need the exact coin in question. Please provide your NGC certification numbers, so we may assist you in finding the appropriate placement in the NGC Registry. We are happy to help. Thank you.
  24. Hi, Keys213. We will get those added. Thanks very much! 🙂
