This isn't absolutely brand new, but I did pay this off recently.

WOW Kenny. I suddenly find myself very jealous. Great coin! Remind me, where did you buy this one from? I think I recall seeing it previously, but can't remember. Send me a PM if you like
You have seen this coin previously, or at least, the original seller's photographs on eBay (from "thehistorydepot"). We spoke briefly about it after I purchased it. The purchase isn't brand new per se, but it is newish (I have never posted this here before). I finally got around to having it professionally photographed. (The images are courtesy of Shane).

In hand, the spots are much less conspicuous and the fields are mirror like. The devices do exhibit a cameo contrast in hand on the obverse especially. Even though it is a low grade uncirculated piece, I'm very excited about it. The total PL population for the entire series is a mere 6 pieces. There are no DPL pieces certified.

I really love the MPL. I always found that shade of blue to be very attractive.

New from eBay.......in fact from BNB.
It looked familiar! Incredible dime. I think that is one of the nicest dimes that I have seen Jay list.

I was fortunate to be at the computer when time was winding down on it.
Now I have a decision to make. Do I spend some time and try to buff out that scratch on the PCGS holder, or do I send it off to NGC for a fresh slab and a * ?
First of all, I like it a lot and it is very attractive. I wouldn't spend the money to have it crossed. In terms of value, the coin will hold its own regardless of what holder it is in. Also, PCGS slabs are much easier to buff scratches out of than NGC alas, so I would just polish the mark out personally.

Welcome to the forum.
The coin pictured looks nothing like a genuine example. Even a cursory glance at an image of a genuine one will make that obvious.
This. It is not even close. The acclaimed "expert" is clearly not an expert at all (if this is a true story, which I doubt that it is).

I love the Flying Eagle Cent and the semi-prooflike Peace Dollar. Jom, the toning on the Bust Quarter is amazing. Nice coins everyone.

I had an excellent transaction (as a buyer) from Yonico about a month ago involving four coins. I was very pleased, and it was very much appreciated.

Nice group of +'s.
Agreed and a nice hoard of better dates.

Some super additions to a super set there Jason.
If you are referring to me, which I will assume based on the PL's posted..... look again. I helped advise Kenny on his purchases, but I already had both of those types so was not competing with him, and did not purchase these pieces
I definitely appreciate your help. I had completely overlooked the Seated Liberty Quarter and would have never seen it had you not alerted me. I appreciate it so much.
Thanks everyone for the kind comments.

The Heritage images are mediocre; these will be going out to Shane very soon for proper imaging.
1891-S NGC MS64 PL - I am very excited about this piece as PL Seated Liberty Quarters are much more difficult to find than the half dimes, dimes, and half dollars. This coin has a pop of 2/0 in PL at NGC.

Thanks. The 98-O was impulse as I already have a 65DPL in this date/mint mark.
I thought the 03-O was extremely well struck for New Orleans and loved the clean cheek.
The image is very small on the 1903-O, but the surfaces look pretty clean. It might be an upgrade candidate, but I would have to see larger images. I like both of your coins.

Absolutely gorgeous!

I had an excellent transaction (as a buyer) with Jayman1970. The coin was accurately described, securely and quickly shipped, and the seller was a pleasure to work with.
Since, I am a bit slow and have never posted to this thread before, I have executed several transactions on the boards. The following list is a sampling (I am sorry if I have overlooked someone). This list includes only transactions done here and not for the PCGS boards even if the member also posts here. The list also includes references for trading, buying, and selling. In no particular order:

My first small ANACS holdered coin. The colors just pop on this one in hand.
I love the color on your Roosevelt Dime! There are a lot of nice coins in these older ANACS holders. What type of lighting did you use in shooting this image?
Joe (BuffaloHead) - I love your proof Seated Liberty Quarter.

Thanks. I know the colors are questionable, but I like it.

Sweet GSA Kenneth.
I picked up this one yesterday. Sorry, picture is sort of big.
Very nice mirrors on the Carson City Morgan; I am very fond of these in DMPL grades.
