1878 Morgan 8TF MS 61 Registry points?

I followed the instructions. The page says it is only reviewed twice a year. Do I really have to wait that long? The points for the 1878 8TF Morgans are in line with what I would expect, except MS61 which is less points than a FINE? A 60 is 684 points, a 62 is 820. The 61 should be somewhere in the 700's. It is listed as 272. A Fine is listed at 288. Am I the only one who sees the problem here?

I woke up this morning to find the points for a MS61 1878 8TF Morgan cut in half. A look at the points of other grades shows 60 is more points. Is this a mistake?
