Have I gone completely crazy or just not remebering correctly?

With most coins, the Proof coins are designated either Cameo or Ultra Cameo. But with the copper coins, the Lincolns specifically in this case, the coins have the added terms of Brown (BN), Red-Brown (RB) or Red (RD) attributed to them.

I opened my Proof sets of Lincoln's just a few minutes ago to find that only the Techinical MS Grade was shown. Have I lost it or what? Just a week ago, the entire grade was shown in the list, ie: for my 1966 SMS coin it listed MS66RDC. Now it shows only MS66!

What happened? Is this a change in NGC policy I'm unaware of or am I just remembering incorrectly?

Anyone here know the REAL(I know I am a bit crazy at times) answer?
