I posted a couple of issues here and within 2 hours was contacted by NGC.
Ironically, I am a software tester by trade (at this time in my career). So after I posted my comments Dena contacted me.
She asked a few specific questions and then a few hous later I heard from her again. That some of the issues have been fixed or are being looked into on.
I later reported a few more issues and they are working to resolve them too.
So instead of person_without_enough_empathying about the change, bear with them. Even though the software was probably tested well, you just don't know what is going to happen when lots of users are accessing the site at once.
A change that I felt was a negative change is already in the works for having the functionality it had in the old version.
NGC is listening to us so let's give them the data they need to make us happy and not be mean about it.
