Society and friends; I started this quest [collect all Morgan Dollars] around a year ago. First I purchased close to 100 raw coins at which time I became a member of PCGS. After first grades submissions final I was redirected on purchases. 50% of the raw coins were problem coins and 80% of the off-names 3rd party graded [cracked out] were problem coins.

So it was a smart decision to stick with PCGS & NGC graded coins right? No not really. PCGS does not like to cross NGC I believe they think they are too good & better than NGC. Of all the coins graded I never once received a PL and the coins hit a grade lower than I figured. I would say so did NGC because they did not cross.
