Another Variety?

In checking the mint boxes in which the 2008 W Burnished silver eagles came in it looks as if not only were there two varieties of reverses but also two varieties of mint boxes. The top portion has different sizes of the US Seal as well as lettering. There is not a distintion on whether you get '07 reverse or '08 reverse.
