No End In Site

Well i got my coins from the post office this morning. And called NGC and explained to them why i don't agree with the grade and they said to send it in for a regrade and that the scratches are polishing marks that only can be seen with a 15x power loop or higher they told me that they use a 5x loop well i told them that they may appear as scratches not polishing marks as i only can tell with a 17x loop ,now they will charge me another 32.00 dollars for a regrade plus shipping and insurance even if they admit they made a mistake. Now am i going to pay even more money for this coin or just now that this coin is so much better then the grade it was given. i wish some of you good folks out there will let me know what you think i should do. thanks for any help you can give me.
