NGC vs PCGS grading

Here's a recent example of NGC and PCGS grading.

Just some food for thought:

I purchased 20 Little Rock Proof Silver dollars from the mint recently. I randomly selected 10 coins to be graded by NGC and 10 by PCGS.

Well I got the results back from both: NGC = 10 PF70 UC // PCGS 10 = PR69 DCAM.

Is this proof that either NGC is grading too high or PCGS too low?

While I like the NGC grade of course, I think a better mix of grades might have made me happier.
