NGC Graded Proofs Presidents

My Proof Presidents came back from NGC.

I sent 20 Proof Presidents (4 of each) to NGC for grading. I got 4 PF 70 (1 each of Washington, Adams, Jefferson & Madison) the rest were PF 69.

To me the grading ration of PF70 to PF69 seems fair.

I also sent some Presidents to the folks across the street and I am still waiting to see their verdict.
